  A friend bought a 500 combo with rifled slug barrel, a vent rib with 3 chokes,and plastic stock
  for $300.Exactly. Very versatile quality gun for the $$$$ IMO.

  I bought an LCR in LR for the same purpose. Was a little steep for a tackle box gun for me at
  around $400. But I really like it. Very small and light, pretty accurate for a DAO snubbie
