  If you decide you may want to go with kydex I would recommend going with or these are both
  top of the line holster makers for Kydex holsters!

  They are both good optics. My rule of thumb is if the military uses it then it must be good and
  able to take about anything you can throw at it. Eotech and Aimpoints are both top of the line
  right now...

  I agree if you do not have something co-witnessed I would recommend a quick detach mount. Just
  in case something goes wrong you will have back up iron sights at the ready!

  I had a folding stock on my SKS. Didn't see to have a problem buying it. Stocks have no
  difference when coming to a gun being legal or not in IL . They worry about how long the barrel
  is.

  Here ya go. agree with this! Cheaper than dirt has very fast shipping start to your house!
  Plus you can get about anything at a better price than you can at gun shops or walmart etc.

  proof tested (this is done with a single high pressure round and is called HP testing) before

  I like magpul.. I guess it would also depend on what type of rifle your planing on setting up.
  Is it going to be more for long range shooting or what? Both are very respected companies!
