Work on making sure that you are not limp wristing during the recoil, typically as the gun is
blown back and up, the bullets go forward and down, sometimes they can snag on the feed ramp
due to burrs,...

Green = copper. Probably hasn't been cleaned for some time, maje sure to get a good cleaning
compound through that until it comes out looking like it went in, something that dissolves

I don't believe it is law here in AZ, but I don't know anyone who takes returns on ammo just
