    UrbanNinja, I know, there's still some concern, I have not fired it with birdshot loaded but
    once I do under controlled conditions I will check for any damage to the barrel.

    axxe55, there are 3 stages to the construction of the barrel, first the broom stick, then
    garden shears... then finally the disability railing

    This is my homemade single fire shotgun. It is made from: metal broom stick tube with a
    diameter that just happens to fit a .12 gauge shell, a pair of garden shears that just about
    fits the broom stic...
