That review also shows the much lighter recoil compared to the LCR 38. More shots, delivered
    more quickly and more accurately.

I'm going the other way, starting with an 8-oz 5-shot .22 Magnum. Looking to graduate to a
11-oz, 7 shot .22 magnum. It's tough to conceal big heavy stuff in Florida.

The long cases of .22M can cause extraction issues, especially with a snub. Ruger went for
    reliable extraction over higher capacity.

I would look at the various Maxpedition shoulder bags. I have the Fatboy Versipack. It holds
all my gear and has an easy access pouch for a firearm. It should fit most guns up to about a
    4" barrel. Th...

I have the LCR-22 and I think it's about the perfect tackle box gun. It's lightweight but can
handle being knocked around. The concealed hammer will help keep the innards clean, and it's
    fun to shoot ...

My wife is a very gentle person, but she has no illusions about the dangers in this world. She
carries 100% of the time and is a pretty good shot.

I think the Black widow is the best of the minis. It's a little large for a mini, but for me,
it's a lot easier to shoot. The sights are decent, the longer barrel helps a lot, and the large
    rubber gri...

Had one for a very brief time. My son summed it up when he said, if you were using it for sel
defense, if you pushed it against your target you'd have a 50-50 chance of hitting it. I
    realize you,can't...

A few comments...with the larger rubber grips, standard on the Black Widow and Mini Master, the
magnum mini does not jump out of the hand. When I target shoot with the Black Widow, I keep a
    death grip...
