  I dont shoot skeet, nor trap, and I havent seen paper shotgun shells since my teen years,and
  I'm pushing 60 years,I wasnt aware paper shells were still being manufactured.

  Federal, high wall. we average 4-6 reloads, some more then others. the Papers hulls are
  anywhere from 10 to 12 yrs old by now. Always keep a few box's on hand and load up what we need
  for hunting seas...
