Get the pro's to do it or rent a electric lift dolly usually about $50 and get 4 reasonably fit
guys to help. four 2x10's will move it on the lawn and plywood will work ok on tile.

I have one in 35 rem. nice! Saw one at a gun show last month w/peep sight in 30 rem for $375
the peep alone is about $100. Tempted, but lots of other things on the "want" list.
