    I would take 7 rounds of .45 in my 1911 over 7 rounds of .380 in my Sig P238 all day long.But
    there are reasons (usually due to seasonal attire) that I sometimes carry the P238 over the

    For .380's in the size range - I would take a Sig P238 obver both of them.....But between the
    two - I would go with the Glock all day long.

    Yes they are somewhat higher that the stock sights.Both the front and rear sights are
    higher.(Heinie even makes higher sights than this for the VP9 - designed for use with a
    suppressor)
