    The solution to removing and installing the gas tube is actually quite simple.All i did was remove the
    hand guard! With no hand guard, the tube is accessable by hand!So easy but not so obvious.

    I do have forward assist but it will not work. I really think that the gas tube is not aligning with the
    reciever on the bolt which is preventing the whole thing from working correctly.
