  Check your firing pin protrusion using the tool that came with the rifle. I don't have that
  tool. I didn't even get a sling. I didn't find out until later that Mosins usually come with
  all those acces...

  Yeah, I know I don't "need" quick follow up shots, it's just a fun gun, but I'd like to be able
  to. I mean it's not just a couple of times it gets stuck, it's EVERY TIME there's a cartridge
  (snap cap)...
