If you bought it from a gun store it's registered. If you bought it from another person no you
need to register it. Keep in mind handguns need to have a handgun permit.

To answer your question the Blackhawk SERPA holster is not floppy and works great with chest
piece. A lot of the guys I deployed with bought them. Never fell off or anything. Good luck!

Have you considered a 22TCM by Rock Island. Comes with a 9mm barrel as well. 2 guns for one.

Well the ATF site states that as long as you can legally posses a gun in your state if you
build a firearm for personal use and not for resale... I'm pretty sure you still need to follow

Well I went on rockethub.com and funded a couple of companies and they give you the lowers once
they are funded... So basically got some for dirt cheap... Might take a while to get here but
