The rifle was made in St Louis about 1860 maybe later, it was owned by Stephen Stutler from
West VA and he used it for hunting. The lady I got it from told me she had it appraised a while

It is interesting muzzle decoration, I cant see if that is just at the muzzle or if it goes on
