  Well i bought my boys a 22lr its a marlin model 60. Went to the range and had fun. I shot with federal 36
  grain. I also put a a 4x power scope on it and shot it at 100 yards. I guess i could shoot bet...

  I have some 64 Grain 223 winchester ranger ammo that i would like to use to shoot deer. Is this large
  enough and they are soft points.

  I got a new Remington model 700sps tactical in 223. I have a model 700 in 308 but love to shoot the 223.
  My question is what grain will be enough to kill a deer at 100-200 yards.

  All you need is a bushnell 3x9x40 cost 69.99 at academy best damn scope i have had and i have bought some
  expensive ones this dusk and dawn works great

  scope is a bushnell 3x9x40 dusk and dawn series got it for 70 dollars at academy the rings ere bought at
  wal-mart for like 10 bucks
