There are so many variables as to why your rifle didn't shoot moa. The
scope/rings/base/stock/ammo shot/and of coarse the shooter. You also have to account for the
type of rest your shooting off of.If...

It doesn't take long to get the barrel channel enlarged,and by using a piece of pvc pipe,you
