I really like my Taurus TCP. Small, light, and easy to conceal. I can rack mine easily enough.

Chad, I think you will like the Cougar alot. Take it to the range and put some lead down range.
Fire it and see what works and what doesn't. I just bought a Coug and couldn't be happier. Best
