Hey guys im thinking about putting a Bushnell Banner 6x18-50 on my Ruger 338 win mag. Will this scope
hold up or is this magnum going to rattle this scope to pieces? Any suggestions on good scopes for...

They are different calibers. The .45-70 is .458 caliber and the .410 shotshell is .410 caliber.

It's a possibility that the gun has an oversized chamber, specifically in the region of the case rim. The
pressure during firing could be expanding the head to the point that the primer pockets are en...

I like the look of a dark-stained linseed oil finish, such as found on many older rifles. I have found
basic hardware store boiled linseed oil to work very well for a stained bare stock. I'm not much ...

bullet its pushes! Mine is a Ruger no.1 375 H&H mag and ive hit elk at 550 yards and just bare...

i agree 100%! :DWhat kind of 375 h&h do you have? It's a Sako AV. Originally it wouldn't shoot worth a
darn. I had the barrel replaced with a Shilen. Big improvement.

I have recovered two 300 grain .375 TSX's from 2 moose that I shot, and they look identical to the one
you have pictured. The same for two 53 grainers using a .223 on deer. There have been many other ...

Because of the high velocity of the cartridge, you will do well with premium bullets if hunting large
game, especially at closer ranges. Some good choices are Barnes TTSX, Swift A-Frame, Trophy Bonded...
