It shouldn't affect anything since ammo makers like that have to stay within SAAMI specs. Only issue would be if you chamber is out of spec.
Like others said, shoot a couple and see how it goes....

You can get the Hornady classic lock and load for a pretty good price. It's a single stage press which is a good starting press. I think I saw it today at cabelas for $313 and some change.
