It shouldn't affect anything since ammo makers like that have to stay within SAAMI specs. Only issue would be if you chamber is out of spec.

Like others said, shoot a couple and see how it goes....

Yeah no need in doing .1gr increments when doing initial workup for a rifle. I start at min then jump up one full grain, then start going .5gr from there until max. You'll find a good spot in there. ...

200 pieces if .223 brass, you will go through pretty quickly. Personally, I like to have at minimum 1000 pieces of brass that I am going to be reloading unless its a big caliber like 7mm Rem Mag.

You can get the Hornady classic lock and load for a pretty good price. It's a single stage press which is a good starting press. I think I saw it today at cabelas for $313 and some change.
