thoughts on counter sniper scope??

Does anyone have this scope? I am thinking about putting it on my .308 and looking for advice. Do you have any other suggestions?

Saw a mil-spec stainless steel 1911 for $580.00. I'm thinking that is a good price, but not sure. Can anyone confrim? Its probally gone by now, but at least I'll know for the future.
