I would probably start with a wet/dry sandpaper...

I would probably start with a wet/dry sandpaper 320 grit light stokes and then do a 400 grit. 3m makes a good 400 grit on a foam pad get in and around groves good. Steel wool would work as well.

the only numbers i can see with the gun assembled (mod 75 20 ga 583.7500)
as for the feeding issue it will not pull a round from the mag and chamber it at all.
