If you're going to change the sights, I would recommend the GLOCK Trijicons, if you're going for night sights. And if you're not switching to night sights, I wouldn't change them at all.

I have personally measured the grip of a Glock 19 gen 3 and a gen 4 with a micrometer. The difference is minuscule, and not even slightly noticeable.
