I carry this round as my primary and i trust my life to it. Apparently so does the Secret Service, SEALs, Texas DPS, Pinal County DPS (Arizona), U.S. Air MArshalls, and a lot of other elite forces....

Ok you guys gotta read a little bit better. It IS legal for him to own a handgun not being 21, (like me in my state). You just cannot "conceal the weapon until you are 21 and have recieved your ccw....
