Optics for .204 rugar...?

I've just bought (on backorder) a Tikka T3 supper varmint in .204.
My goal is sub MOA @ 500-600 yards.
Price isn't a factor in choosing a scope, I'm happy to pay the extra bucks for un-parallel...

muzzle brake on .308?

I have Tikka T3 Lite in .308.
ive shot it at the range, love the rifle, not a huge fan of the recoil-it is managable, but i wouldnt mind a bit less.
ive been looking into getting a muzzle brake...

i heard, from a fairly reliable source, that when the rifle is brand new, you go to the range with all your cleaning equipment...
