I have read this thread from front to back & offered what I thought was legitimate advice as has every experienced shooter here. I fear that this has fallen on deaf ears.

I live in north...

$00 Rifle

I looked at your profile but do not see a state of residence. Most states do do not permit deer hunting with a 22 rimfire & since this is a rimfire thread, I presume that is what you may be thinking....

I am thinking "keep it simple" so I can keep my Armalite M4 upper in tact. If I order a Bushmaster Varminter 24" complete upper, then I presume I can just drop it into the Armalite lower and commence...

I have a Ruger 77 MKII in 223 that will consistently give 3/4" 3 shot groups at 100 yds. All rifles will not do this. If the 223 rifle being used has the accuracy and the hunter has the ability,...

223-5.56 is legal in GA with no restriction on magazine capacity. Shotgun is max 3 rounds. However, I feel that 223 might be a little light with little room for error. No doubt that if shot placement...

Elk Bullets

I have had good experience with both. They would not have been around as long as they have if other folks did not have similar results. I am shooting older Ruger Model 77's in 270 & 30-06 & Sako in...
