IMHO more bores have been damaged by over excessive cleaning then by shooting them. A gunsmith friend of mine says the same thing.
I know quite a few NRA highpower shooters who shoot about 5 to 10...

Dillon has a NO B.S. Warranty and they stand behind it. Even if you bought the press used, they WILL and HAVE fixed them.

Just don't get that carb cleaner on rubber/plastic parts.
I just use Hoppes, a quart bottle of it has lasted me about 10 years so far and I used to shoot all the time in NRA matches
