Yeah but the first round fired was brass cased and it did the same thing. Also it comes out of the chamber after it's fired, so it's not actually stuck in there until I push the forward assist.

Build it yourself. I just started learning about guns about 2-3 months ago and I just finished my AR last week. It's not hard to do. It's very satisfying putting it together yourself.
