The P32 is the thinnest and lightest .32 auto ever made. They are reliable, accurate, safe, inexpensive.

The gun looks to be nickel plated. I would wipe it down with WD 40 every day for a few days. There is nothing you can do to remove the pits.

I'll explain: It was already worn before it was sold. Someone cold blued the wear spot. Cold blue sucks, and it wears off very quickly. The rest of the blued parts should not wear.

The wear does not affect the pistol's function. Sending it back for this is ridiculous.
