I have no place to shoot 1000 yrds and if I did Id probably not. I guess I coukd make a range over on the power line but then someone would walk, dirt bike or ATV into my range and get shot-yuk.

They say it is ok cause they gave me the $80 worth of scope rings!!

Ill bet you can get bases to mount that scope directly on the gun and leave out the other piece. Then the scope will be 3/4" or more, lower and as noted a better cheek weld can be accomplished.

Do you have 1000 bullets??

1000 bullets about $200, powder probably $100...
