Excellent guns, built by High Standard for Sears off Belgium FN actions. I have two in .30-06. Both very accurate and the barrels are chrome lined. That .270 should outlast you.

I spoke with him again on the phone and he indicated that "Fajen" was inscribed on the butt plate. No other info but he said he would send another photo. I'll post when it arrives.
