I know it's not the same gun but kind of is, I just got my daughters a mosquito and these guns are amazing. I put 500 rounds of 36 grain federal hollow points through it and not one single failure....

Well from what I've learned is that a .223 or x39 round will zero out at 200 yards. And a 300 mag zeros at 600 yards. I've seen nice 2 inch groups with a savage bolt .223 at 300 yards. Happy shooting

Thank you very much for the help. Light oil? I have rem oil in a can. Does that work? And could I polish the barrel to a shine or would that just leave it to rust?
