I almost bought the MC1911S also. I ended up going with the classic look and got the MC1911. I am impressed with the gun for the amount I paid. The gun shoots great. What a deal for $419.

I had lots of FTEs with 115gr rounds before I sent my 938 back to Sig. Once it came back, I tried lots of different 115gr rounds and they did much better.

You are correct, the grips shown on mine are Rosewood. They are very comfortable and the checkering offers a very nice hold. Plus, I am a sucker for wood grips...call me old school...

I picked up a 7 round clip for p938 through Osage County guns last week. I also noticed same issue with rounds being difficult to feed into the 6 round clip.
