I think the 5.7x28 would be a great round for coyotes and liked size critters.

I just picked up a Stevens 320 12ga. 18" barrel. $223 for gun and two boxes of federal 00buckshot and the wife wasn't angry either lol.

Oh and if a revolver doesn't fire it is almost aways do to a problem with the ammo mainly the primer so if this happens in an auto that round is now seting in the chamber and won't fire therefor...

Yes they can but if my revolver does fail I can just squeeze the trigger again and continue to the next round in the cylinder where with and auto u have to clear the problem and chamber another...

Attention getter, we'll just a little bit. I will say this, yes this Is a some what heavy choice for carry but with a sturdy belt and the Blackhawk serpa it's very comfortable to carry all day.

YES I feel the same way as you. Maybe I'm old fashioned or whatever but I like knowing that i can squeeze the trigger 5 times and not have worry about dropping the mag and clearing a spent casing...
