I hear ya.
Not all Chinese bolts are soft. However, just to be on the safe side, it is reccomended that you keep an eye on the headspace in order to ensure that it doesn't wear excessively.

Chinese bolts have had softness problems. Rather than taking any chances I had a brand new TRW bolt put in. This requires some modification to the receiver.

AKs were designed to be mass produced easily and cheaply. They are pretty reliable in that the tolerances are loose enough that the rifle will fire under most extreme conditions. Mud, sand dirt etc....
