So I can write up a bill of sale for myself and then have my pawn shop transfer the gun to them and Im good to go> I don't mind them having to pay 20 bucks to make sure they can pass the background.

I would like to hone my skills but also moving up in ranking would never be a bad thing. I will have to start looking into this as it is my goal this year to shoot in matches...
