Im not the best when it comes to picking ammo so I need help picking out some self defence ammo for my friend she walks to school at night so I want her protected I got her a 9mm so if anyone can help

Although some people will disagree I like the Taurus pt-92 it shoots straight it eats any ammo you put into it and I got one for 350
