You could say the same for some AR cheap copycats. When purchasing a weapon educate yourself and know what to look for.There are alot of look alikes that are junk and then there is the real deal.

Worn out firing pins

The Ruskies used springs in their F/Pins from 1949 -early 1951. You may not have a spring. Reason is i had a 1951 Tula and it did not have a spring.

I have never heard of pins wearing out, just keep them clean make sure they move freely back and forth and you should be good to go.

Hi nfafan, i was told that the chinese helped the yugo's set up for their AK, thats why they also have the 1.5 mil receiver. Not sure if they have a heavy barrel also I have a NHM-91 and love 20"...
