It isn't safe to pull the lever and release the slide. That can cause damage.
You should pull back the rail and ease it forward.

I doubt its the ammo, it happens with expensive Corbons JHP, Federal Hydrashocks JHP...and with the less expensive FMJs from Magtech....I think its a mag problem, but now its happening on the unused...

Most of my girlfriends preferred the PPS over the Glock because it was lighter and the grip felt more secure. They also liked the look better. Not sure if this is all due to the 007 nostalgia!
