Never used a laser scope when hunting. Can see the advantage in a defensive pistol but not for hunting. I like to shoot at longer distances so "dots" POA and POI would vary a lot. Learn to judge...

'Bout the same as BK. Have the rifles sighted in at 220 yds so "Kentucky" windage is easy out to 300. Have gone to a 25-06 so it is a lot simpler now.

3031 is my favorite. Varget/4895 are both steady performers. Bud loves "Vita"... Velocity is not the same as accuracy--do your ladder tests with each rifle--they all have their "sweet spots".
