Load them fully, and let them sit for a week or two. The springs will relax some during that time, and a bit more with use.

Break in is: shoot, clean, and shoot some more. A few hundred rounds of any ammo the gun likes will do it.

Break is the smoothing out of any machining marks/roughness by shooting it.
