It depends on which county you are in. Could take 3 months to a year.

I would not hesitate to use a single shot for HD. I would just practice quick reloading and follow up shots. I have 3 single shots for fun.

I have a 22/45, so I'm a fan of the Mark series. Of course, theres many others to pick from. SR22 if you want more of a modern handgun feel. I'm just a biased Ruger fan :D

Of the choices, I picked an SKS. Mainly for price of firearm + price of ammo. With C&R, I paid less than $290 shipped on the SKS. Hard to beat for that and they are workhorses.

I agree. Biking is hard to have the actual gun ON me. Maybe I'll just use my LCR in 357 then. I'll just need to get a small pouch or something. That motorcycle tool bag looks too big.

I do own an LCR in 357mag. I usually wear basketball shorts for exercising. I even have a Desantis holster for it, but seems like it'd still be in the way of biking.

Im going to be getting into biking (to lose weight) and definitely dont want to be left without a gun. However, my current handguns would be too large to conceal while biking.
