I can heartily recommend Del-Ton (del-ton.com) their "kits" are reasonably priced and good quality. Despite the ridiculous runup in prices they have maintained their prices.

I have a 03 (C&R) it doesn't allow you to directly receive all weapons, only those declared curios or relics by the ATF. If I want a "modern" gun I have to go to a 01 FFL just like everyone else.
