My 380 DAO back up was horrible. It did fire almost every time, when clean and loaded with oil. The main issue was the insanely high trigger pull. I had a truly strong grip back then, and after 6...

I don't know if it's because I dislike the grip shape on a 1911 so much I have rarely shot one, or just because almost all the guns I've ever owned have been conventional DA/SA, but I never had a...

I didn't like my HP much at all. It was reliable, but I didn't like the grip much. I sold it off pretty quickly. I never missed it. I really like my 92FS a lot.

Wow! Nice profit margin. My FFL charges $20, and makes a nice chunk of change doing it. $75 is just crazy, in fact, it's insulting. One place here gets $60 a pop, and has prices, and I'm being...

I've wanted one since I first shot one, back in late '76 or so. One of the guys that shot at the same range I did brought one back from Italy. I somehow managed to keep missing out on a bunch of...

I carried a 6" Dan Wesson Model 15-2 8 hours a day, for years without a thought about it being "too heavy". I had cuffs, a speedloader with 6 rounds, (Until it broke when I fell on it), a sap, and...

I've shot them quite a few times over the years, and finally bought one last year.

I really like it, it shoots great, and I've never had a problem with decockers/safeties chewing up my hands. I...

So he can make more money from it! He can get about $300 for the frame and $150+ or so for each of the barrels. If the barrels are really clean, the snubbie and the big ones wil go way up there.

Rugermatt- We seem to have pretty similar likes and dislikes. I prefer a heavy, hammered pistol, and have never had a problem carrying a full sized steel revolver or semiauto all day. I've owned one...

A 14-2 is the same gun as a 15-2, except the sights are fixed on the 14. Other than that, everything is the same. $280 is a good price if it's in good shape. 14's aren't rare, but aren't all that...
