Check out the 1 of 100 marking on the receiver. The rifle is a standard model and not a commemorative, go figure.

I tried the bayonet on the M1A and it locked on with no problems. Scary to imagine what it would have been like to fight an enemy with it attached. Way to close for my taste. The last resort weapon...
