Sks= slightly higher accuracy, few options in the high cap mag department, has good aftermarket parts but they are expensive (trulytactixalsks.com), heavy mofo, high end sks price is around low end...

Headspacing an ak

I'm in this process of building a ak 74 and really don't wanna buy 60$ worth of headspacing gauges....can I bypass it? I'm using a barreled Bulgarian parts kit on a us reciever

Egyptian maadi

Had a friend offer me a used Egyptian maadi for 625$ I know nothing about this rifle except it has wood furniture and apparently its a excellent rifle according to him....is it worth the money?

Know that the 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 are two very different cartridges and that the 5.45 is longer range and reduced recoil while the 7.62 carries an enormous punch on the target and a little more on...
