Sounds interesting, but one of my favorite features is the "hammerless" aspect. Its a great conceal gun, especially for a .357. For plinking the SA part may be nice though...

Unfortunately I think he is right, even though nice is relative. My 1st scope was a hundred bucks when I started hunting. It was accurate, but fogged alot and didn't do well in low light. 200 bucks...

Ye, after having tikkas its hard for me to justify another brand. I'm sure most others are good, but I've yet to shoot a tikka that wasn't a shooter. Good find.

Does it need a muzzle break? If it was me, I would put the $ towards ammo or some thing else. Nothing wrong with muzzle breaks (unless your the guy next to it), I just like other goodies better.

I'm not sure how interested you are in recoil pads, but I put the limb saver on my tikka 300wsm and it made it a lot better. I shot over a box once at the range (no way could I have done it without)....

Makes me jealous. I just found a few cracks in the frame of my cj5, so I haven't been able to take it out for a little while. Not much better than Jeeping and shooting with the family.
