The only problem I have with my T/C Encore is...

The only problem I have with my T/C Encore is what barrel do I want to use when I head out to the woods. Love them all and they all do the job at hand.

Yes you can use a crockpot. I do now that I no longer have a wood stove. The only thing is you don't have the smoky flavor. I have used a few drops of liquid smoke. It does not taste the same.
