Make sure you get one that was made after the recall! In my experience with them they seem like extremely solid rifles smooth action very nice stock etc and tc guarantees moa accuracy.

I always used to shoot right with my shotgun (bead sight). You might not be holding the gun perfectly straight up and down. Also flinching with a 12ga and slugs is also a possibility.
