You Betcha!! The great state of IN is very gun friendly and very anti scum bag and very pro property rights.

There IS a reason we have a relatively low violent crime rate (relative to bordering states with less gun friendly laws...IL, MI, OH)

HIGHLY suprised to see IL has castle doctrine!!

I LIVE in Illinois and was unaware. After reading the statute, it's good to know that as long as the intrusion is violent or I believe they are here to commit a felony (hello rape card) I can use force up to deadly force to defend myself and my family. That's great, I"m glad to see Illinois stepping up and allowing its citizens to defend themselves.

Mn says you can stand your ground inside your home. Anywhere else you have to retreat. We almost had a stand your ground state but the gov vetoed it
