At least it is a gesture.
Arizona has the same bill in our House here. About a 50/50 chance of passing.
I believe a few other states are about to bring the same(about) bill up in their Legislatures.

Thay is all it is, a gesture. If they would be serious it would provide for prosecution of the feds trying to carry out the unconstitutional laws.

Needs more teeth.

You don't know Wyoming if you think its a gesture. There is no need to state a sentence. Democrats are not allowed to have civil rights so no writ. We don't have many Dems, but we know who they are.:D
Colorado has ignored the Federal drug laws. Obama has blinked! Really don't think the Wyoming Push is a joke.:p

Love my state!

Same gesture in several states, some make it a misdeanor for state, county and city LE to cooperate with feds on new gun laws.

Not enough, maximum pushback required. On a legislative level we have blinked for far too long.
