Krosskelt, it sounds like you ae one of those who just got caught in the $hit$torm and my advice is, just be paitient and wait it out.

sounds like you're a man with a family and obligations and has to budget somehing like the purchase of an AR, and made some plans on getting one instead of someone who now wants one just because they "might" impose another AWB.

hang in there, i am hoping things will get better soon. good luck.

Yeah I know. Just one of those things you get in your head. I AM GOING TO OWN ONE. But I'm going to be as smart has possible when doing so. My lgs still has M&P .22 ARs at pre freak out prices but I have a specific vision and want the pride of building one. I want to get into smithing either just a hobby or possibly as a career.

I will do my part.

If anyone can come up with a grand, I will send a SAR-1 and a dozen hi-cap mags to the FFL of their choice. It will disarm a liberal and arm a Real American. I will be left with nothing but bolts.

I'm not giving any guns away. Unless if somebody has a really nice Mauser I would trade a sks for it.

Pretty rough crowd here.
Talk about trying to mint new AR/AK owners as an act of political activism (this is the subofrum for it) and getting no love..

I will be doing my part the end of this month. An AR 10 and an AR 15 both go on the table.
