Even here in Ky. we can still go to jail if we get the wrong Judge and Prosecutor, regardless if we were in the right of not. Lot of ifs and ors.

haha. not afraid to use deadly force, i just know what its meant for and in my opinion the last two scenrio's didnt provide enough info on if it was truly needed. im all for ending the bad guys day if its necasary.. now im going by what was originaly stated. not what people hae said oh what IF this happens or that.. that wasnt part of the original statment. just saying

I know it’s a bumper sticker but, I had rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. So.. 2 well placed shot center mass. And no, I would not put one to the head unless I had a failure to stop due the drugs and what not.

Genties and ladelmen- we are all from different places, with different experiences, differing legal systems, and different hopes and fears.

So knock off the bickering, already!

First- if you shoot someone- with anything, anywhere, for any reason- your life will change at that moment. Trust me on this, OK? Just what direction it goes in is based on a LOT of variables- far too many to list here- but it would make a good book.

Second- you do not "shoot to kill"- you shoot to STOP. While I might enjoy slamming the hood of the car on his head, I do not shoot someone because they are stealing the battery out of my car. Come at me with a wrench while cursing and making threats to do harm to me, and you would get a different result.

Third- if you think it is possible to "call your shot" (left kneecap, then in the cojones, right side)) when you are in the middle of a conflict/confrontation/fight/mugging/home invasion/robbery, you are either a MUCH better shot than I will ever be, or have a wakeup call coming. Please think hard on that, and let yourself know the answer. Not needed that you share your answer with me. Important that you share your answer with yourself.

Now be nice.

When to shoot?

When they come for your guns.

Where to shoot?

As G. Gordon Liddy said "headshots, headshots".

Shoot center of mass to stop the threat, if the threat stops you stop shooting, if the person dies that is on them. You do not shoot for the balls, arms that could maim them and they would own you and all your property besides those are hard to hit targets in an Awwww **** situation and if you miss you might die. Those who are attempting to take a life must consider their life may be taken instead.

I established that as a criteria for firing. Just as if someone says I am going to f..ing Kill you and advances. That is a threat, and a man can cover 10 feet very quickly.

That move would prompt me to believe I need to use deadly force to protect myself.
